The Monroe County Water Authority is now offering a new service enabling customers to submit their water meter readings online. All that's required is an e-mail account with Internet access

Here's how it works:

• After enrolling you will receive an e-mail requesting a meter read every 3 months prior to billing.
• The e-mail will contain a link that connects to our website where you can enter your read.
• Click here to enroll your account for this new service.

If you change your e-mail address, click here to enter the new address on our system.

If you no longer want to receive e-mail requests, click here to remove your address from our system.

If you are already enrolled, click here to enter your meter read.
